Power of Three Lifestyle
The Journey So Far
Her Excellency, Eminent Amb. Alanyingi Sylva is a certified Lifestyle Health Coach currently advancing her professional training, and a passionate advocate for the wellbeing of women and children.
She was the 1st Lady of Bayelsa state. During this time she demonstrated unwavering commitment to improving the livelihoods of orphaned and vulnerable children. Her humanitarian efforts were marked by impactful health and social interventions aimed at enhancing quality of life and access to care. Notably, Her Excellency, in collaboration with a dedicated team of medical practitioners, played a pivotal role in introducing the first-ever Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination initiative for young girls and women in Nigeria—an important step in the prevention of cervical cancer. Through this visionary effort, over 5,000 girls have been protected against HPV, while more than 10,000 women have undergone breast and cervical cancer screenings, enabling early detection and timely medical intervention. The success of this initiative sparked wider adoption across several states in Nigeria.
In addition, she and her medical team have led numerous health outreach programs, providing critical treatment and support for children affected by conditions such as pneumonia, Down syndrome, diarrhoea, and other life-threatening illnesses.
Driven by her commitment to holistic health, she founded the Blossom Health Women’s Annual Conference, themed “Entrepreneurial & Wellbeing Workshop.” This initiative is designed to educate women and girls on maintaining psychological, physical, and emotional wellbeing while building successful entrepreneurial ventures. The conference has been successfully held up to its fourth edition, attracting participants nationwide. At the fourth edition, over 50 women were recognized with awards for outstanding entrepreneurship, alongside the provision of seed capital to support both start ups and existing businesses. Most importantly, the conference continues to empower women with valuable knowledge, resources, and inspiration to thrive in both life and business.
She has also launched and published multiple editions of a wellness magazine focused on
WOMEN’S HORMONAL HEALTH— how to manage it and related topics, as well as the SEVEN DIMENSIONS OF EMOTIONAL WELLNESS. In her quote, “True emotional wellness is the harmony between how you feel, how you think, and how you choose to respond,” she highlights the importance of balance and self-awareness in achieving overall well-being.
Further advancing her vision for wellness, Mrs Sylva met with Collaborators which then birthed the International Health and Wellness Conference known as “Power of 3.” This movement promotes holistic health practices, the healing potential of fermented foods and lifestyle transformation. It serves as a platform to raise awareness, inspire healthier living among individuals and communities by empowering them to break free from preventable health challenges.
Two other Collaborators complete the Power of 3 Family.
